Fuck me, I don’t know if a solid, straight-through trip was a good idea. Melbourne to the Gold Coast by car in one day and I’m absolutely knackered and badly in need of sleep.
All I can think is this is like new year over again - I had a hiatus in Melbourne which bridged 2011 & 2012 and was cocooned in the much-needed hide-out nest of my 3 incredible sisters but life on the GC in 2012 starts tomorrow, sans sisters close by (gulp) and with a far simpler approach.
How exciting to think of the possibilities to come! X
